In this versatile and central role, you are part of our DevOps team and are responsible for the stable operation and agile further development of our Digital Asset Hub.
As an interface between internal and external partners, such as Avaloq, you control service operations, optimize processes and lead our team through releases and regulatory adjustments.
If you have a passion for cryptocurrencies and digital assets, this position will give you the opportunity to actively participate in the development of a future-oriented platform and to continuously improve the quality of service for our customers. Your tasks
Operational security (including certificates, licenses, troubleshooting)
Further development of automation solutions (CI/CD) and integration of new components
Agile team leadership and moderation of Scrum events
In-depth knowledge of Linux, CI/CD, cloud and container technologies, network protocols, security, application monitoring (e.g. Grafana) and ideally Python

Removing obstacles and promoting self-organization and continuous improvement
Management of service quality (SLAs, monitoring, reporting), management of service and operational meetings, as well as escalation management in critical incidents
Completed degree in computer science, business informatics or comparable training
Several years of experience in IT service management, ideally in a regulated environment
