Tasks: • Together in the team you are responsible for our main number and ensure the telephone support of the tenants, owners and suppliers • You are responsible for triage and forwarding incoming calls within the entire company • You create written "cases" in Salesforce so that the management can continue working with it • You provide an excellent service to our customers (customer-oriented, competent, fast and friendly) Requirements • You have completed training as a professional customer dialogue or have equivalent training / experience • You are ready to participate in operational work processes in a complex organization and enjoy working with digital tools (REM, Salesforce) • You describe yourself as service-oriented, emphatic and capable of conflict and appreciate a professional approach to people • You are skilled in communication, especially on the phone, remain factual and solution-oriented • You can communicate adequately orally and in writing in German (minimum C1) and English (minimum B2).
