SBB Restaurant Arth Goldau is a public self-service restaurant with 90 indoor and 20 outdoor seats. Every day, around 75 guests are spoiled with a seasonal, high-quality, versatile and sustainable offer. The entire offer is prepared fresh on site every day and ranges from break food to sandwiches, snacks and daily changing menus at the self-service buffet. A creative selection of salad platers and regular action weeks round off the offer. Are you our new team member who serves us as cook: (80%) as of 01. November 2026 or supported by arrangement? You work between Monday and Friday in an 80% workload from 06:30 to 15:00. Your area of activity:

• Creation of the Mise en Place on the assigned post
• Production of food at the assigned post (Entremetier, Gardemanger, Saucier, etc.)
• Ensuring replenishment on menu lines
• Regeneration / menu preparation during lunch service
• Employees at caterings, aperos and special events
• Acceptance of goods and management of the warehouse
• Introducing ideas for menu design
• Ensuring cleanliness and order in assigned posts
• Completion of general clean-up and cleaning work
• Implementation of ZFV quality and service standards
• Compliance and implementation of hygiene and safety directives
• Completion of various administrative tasks: writing menu plans, Daily Cost Control, e-mails, orders, inventory, hour control, etc. Your strengths:
• Basic training as a cook: EFZ
• 2-5 years of professional experience in the kitchen, ideally in the community gastronomy
• Good oral and written knowledge of German
• Passion for cooking
