Main responsibilities
- Organisation of the assigned item Preparation of the daily mise-en-place
- Preparation and distribution of food and desserts in the lunch and evening business
- Cleaning and control tasks as well as occupational safety within the framework of the HACCP / KOPAS concept
- Supporting the chef in planning and compliance with quality and safety standards
- Assistance in ordering, goods acceptance & control and storage of goods Requirements
- Several years of professional experience: in gastronomy
- Completed Vocational Apprenticeship (EFZ): Completed training as a chef
- Experience with traditional Italian recipes A service-oriented, communicative and resilient personality
- They are hosts with body and soul, have good manners and a well-groomed external appearance. German (very good knowledge) Italian (advantageous) French (advantageous) Cosa of friamo
