• Professional support and coordination of 3 employees
• Ensuring smooth operation of the round polishing machines (slide grinding systems) and the washing system
• Monitoring of compliance with quality rules and quality control of products
• Initiation and implementation of appropriate intervention and corrective measures for quality deviations
• Monitoring, analysis and continuous improvement of production processes in cooperation with production and department management and with suppliers
• Training, coaching and promotion of employees
• Preparation and maintenance of work instructions and process documentation
• Documentation of processes according to ISO 9001
• Ensuring cleanliness, order and safety at work in the area of responsibility
• Active participation in day-to-day operations Profile
• Technical apprenticeship EFZ, preferably as a polymechanic, automotive mechatronics technician, agricultural machinery mechanic or in a comparable profession
• Further training as a process specialist or production specialist with a federal certificate of advantage (no need)
• Knowledge in round polishing or in sliding grinding processes with sound process understanding or the willingness to acquire this knowledge
• Very high quality awareness and a strong sense of responsibility
• Independent, structured and self-responsible working method

• Strong hands-on mentality with pleasure in active participation in production
• Experience in the professional management or coordination of employees is advantageous
