Your challenge

• Ensuring professional HR administration along the entire employee lifecycle, including master data management, contracting, reporting to compensation funds, pension funds etc.
• Responsible for a smooth entry and exit process, including creating interim and work certificates, as well as work confirmations
• Self-management and support of all sub-assistants and civil service providers
• Support of executives and employees in administrative staff Your profile:
• Completed commercial training, possibly further training on/to HR assistant: in
• First experience in HR administration of advantage
• Self-employed, structured and solution-oriented work
• Engaged personality with high service orientation and team spirit
• You have an awareness of the handling of sensitive data in human resources
