About the Spitex Training Association Innerschwyz The Spitex Training Association Innerschwyz is a cooperative association of five Spitex organizations for training in nursing. Apprenticeship as a specialist health EFZ (FaGe) for 2027 You want an apprenticeship that makes sense and has a future! You really want to support people where their lives take place: at home ? Then the FaGe apprenticeship in the training association Innerschwyz could be exactly your thing. With us you get to know care in many ways, namely in the middle of everyday life: you are on the road, see different life situations and quickly realize how much you can achieve with small actions. And yes: It is sometimes demanding. But that's what gets you moving forward. What to expect In your 3-year apprenticeship, you learn step by step everything you need as a FaGe – accompanied by experienced trainers and teams who take you and your needs seriously.

• Supporting people in everyday life (e.g. personal care, dressing, eating, mobilization)
• to observe, think and take responsibility
• safely carry out simple medical-technical activities (always suitable for the level of training)
• Communicating professionally – with clients, relatives and in a team
