- Erstellung, Weiterentwicklung und Wartung von Berichten und Dokumenten mit Crystal Reports
- Durchführung von Tests sowie Qualitätssicherung für neue Entwicklungen und Anpassungen
- Schulung und Unterstützung des 2nd Level Supports bei neuen Funktionen und Lösungen
- Analyse und Behebung von Applikationsfehlern im 2nd Level Support
- Umsetzung von Programmkorrekturen und kontinuierlichen Optimierungen
- Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen sowie externen Partnern und Lieferanten im 3rd Level Support Profil
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung mit Java
- Kenntnisse in der Konzeption und Entwicklung von Schnittstellen sowie Datenintegrationen
- Erfahrung mit Workflows, die im internen ERP aufgebaut werden
- Kenntnisse in Crystal Reports oder vergleichbaren Reporting-Tools
- Erfahrung im Applikationssupport und in der Fehleranalyse
- Analytische und lösungsorientierte Denkweise
