- Cooperation in the areas of hot and cold kitchen, patisserie, food distribution and washing-up
- Self-employed preparation of food according to pre-defined recipes and ensuring our quality standards
- At least 2 years: profound professional experience in community gastronomy of advantage
- Completed vocational education (EFZ): Chef - passion for team work and joy in bringing ideas and experiences and continuously developing
Main responsibilities
- Cooperation in the areas of hot and cold kitchen, patisserie, food distribution and washing-up
- Self-employed preparation of food according to pre-defined recipes and ensuring our quality standards
- Cooperation in the cashier area and active support in daily operation
- Support in the training and support of our students
- Preparation and implementation of banquets, occasions and catering orders
- Assistance in the acceptance of goods, storage management and the professional storage of food Implementation and compliance with the
- HA-Borgo-Hygiene-Guidelines and ensuring the highest hygiene and quality standards
Key requirements
- At least 2 years: profound professional experience in community gastronomy of advantage
- Completed vocational education (EFZ): Chef - passion for team work and joy in bringing ideas and experiences and continuously developing
- Self-employed, committed working methods and the ability to keep a cool head even in hectic situations A well-kept appearance and a strong service orientation
