• Processing of customer inquiries via IMS, e-mail, telephone, social media and in personal contact in different languages
• Support for concerns around online orders, deliveries, payments, returns and loss shipments
• Support for end customers, business partners and retail stores in after-sales, service and repair issues
• Recording of replacement deliveries and small parts as well as initiating escalations if necessary
• Cooperation in the maintenance and further development of standardized answers in the knowledge base
• Close cooperation with quality management, e-commerce, product management and other internal specialist areas Profile
• Commercial Basic Education or Bachelor in Business Administration
• At least three years of professional experience in customer service, customer care or service environment
• Very good knowledge of German and English, French and other languages are beneficial
• Experience with Salesforce or a comparable Inquiry Management System (IMS) is an advantage
