Main responsibilities

  • Operating equipment and machinery
  • Professional preparation and weighing of various pasta and masses Entering production data in ERP (SAP) Performing cleaning work General operations Requirements
  • Professional experience: machinery and plant management
  • Completed basic or further training: baker / confectioner / food technologist (m/f/d) Readiness for shift work High understanding of hygiene and quality Open new learning Basic IT skills German (good knowledge) Cosa of Friamo
