Role overview

With the junior program tailored to you for the target function of supermarket area manager, you will be trained on the job for 6

Main responsibilities

  • Customer-oriented management of the branch together with the store management
  • Responsibility for freshness, quality and availability of the products
  • Shared responsibility for the leadership and development of the area managers, department heads and employees as well as for the promotion of young talent Management of a department Ensuring the defined processes
  • Deputizing for the store management in the event of absences Requirements
  • Ideally more than 3 years of professional experience: in the supermarket area with several years of management experience
  • Completed basic or further training: in retail or equivalent training Enthusiasm for the retail trade Joy in leading and supporting employees Commitment, resilience and flexibility
