Tasks

You take on co-responsibility for the management and organization of a medical bed ward with a focus on oncology / hematology. In day-to-day management, you manage the personnel and operational processes together with the department management and contribute to stable and efficient station operations. You promote and accompany the professional and personal development of your employees and shape a structured training of new team members. They create framework conditions that enable high-quality and patient-centered care and are actively involved in the further development of processes and structures. You live a constructive, interprofessional and interdisciplinary cooperation in everyday life and promote it in a targeted manner.

Requirements

You are a qualified nurse with at least two years of professional experience, ideally in a medical specialty. They have leadership training or are willing to complete it. They convince through high social and self-competence, strong organizational skills as well as a structured and solution-oriented thinking and action. As a committed personality, you take responsibility, actively shape changes and enjoy accompanying your team in its development, strengthening employees and jointly designing sustainable solutions for a demanding day-to-day care.
