- You are in receipt of a university or technical diploma in the industrial field (diploma in Chemistry would be an asset) or an equivalent training;
Key requirements
- You are in receipt of a university or technical diploma in the industrial field (diploma in Chemistry would be an asset) or an equivalent training;

- You have at least 5 years of experience in a production function and you have a first experience in team management;
- You have excellent control of computer tools such as Google App, MS Office and/or SAP;
- You have a perfect command of French. Mastering English is an asset;

- You are able to put yourself in the place of others, to understand the realities of the field and to adapt your posture accordingly;
- You know how to unite a team around common objectives, while creating a climate of trust and collaboration;
- Present on the ground, you are recognized for your ability to establish dialogue, to be a force for proposals and to carry out projects rigorously and agilely;
