Company and context

- With a 70% allowance, the working time is divided into four working days per week. Your new tasks
- You take over the overall responsibility for the team (service) – technical, personnel and strategic – and develop it consistently
- As part of the management team at department level, you will shape the future of the Train Influencing business unit and provide impetus for the strategic direction
- You lead an interdisciplinary team of technology experts and software developers and develop it further
- You recognize market trends, identify future customer needs and derive new solutions and offers from them
- You actively influence product developments (e.g.
- ETCS, ZSI127, ZSL90, ATO) from a technical and economic perspective and work closely with product management
- Together with your team, you initiate innovations such as new tools or simplified customer solutions in the engineering context
- You are responsible for the further development of processes, methods and tools (including automation) for an efficient project implementation
