Requirements
- Completed training as a Dipl. Nurse HF with at least two years of professional experience in a Swiss acute care hospital
- Experience and/or additional qualification in case management
- Committed, responsible and resilient personality with a high level of social competence, strong advisory competence and a sovereign appearance
- Addressable, appreciative and empathetic communication
- Enjoying interdisciplinary and interprofessional cooperation
- Process-, result- and goal-oriented thinking and action as well as solution-oriented working methods
