- Completed basic or continuing education: In the service sector (e.g. Tourism, Hotel)
Main responsibilities
- You advise and support our guests at the reception and on the telephone You are responsible for cash settlement
- You are actively selling our entire offer (individual admissions, memberships, bodymind consultations, private SPA, sales items etc.)
- You are responsible for changing our membership in our system, agreeing dates and booking the booking of the booking
- You are responsible for recording fault reports
- You are processing customer requests by mail and working with the administration team
Key requirements
- 1 – 3 years of experience: In a comparable function
- Completed basic or continuing education: In the service sector (e.g. Tourism, Hotel)
- You have a customer-oriented way of working with above-average service readiness
- You bring a high initiative, reliability and a great sense of responsibility You have good computer skills
- You have a high degree of flexibility in the operational planning (7 days shift, evening, weekend and holiday operations)
