Role overview

Tasks

• External cleaning & area maintenance : sweeping and cleaning work, weed removal, emptying and maintaining waste areas, high-pressure cleaning
• Green Care & Biodiversity: care of lawns, meadows, discounts, shrubs and trees, neophyte control, seasonal plantings and flower ornaments in public areas
• Security & Winter service: Snow clearing and scattering service (including Pikett service), free cutting of intersections, lighting and emergency access, control and cleaning of roof water drains and flat roofs
• Allrounder & Coordination : Small repairs (equipments, furniture, fences), help with Mondays and maintenance projects, coordination of suppliers/handcrafters, simple administrative tasks such as auditing and orders Requirements:
• Education: landscape gardener EFZ or expert/specialist
• Professional experience: 3–5 years of experience in green and area maintenance or equivalent knowledge
• Competences : Safe in external cleaning and green care, craftsmanship (wood/metal/plastic), experience in handling equipment and machines such as leachers, high-pressure cleaners and small engine equipment
• Other requirements : guide card Kat.

B (BE of advantage), very good knowledge of German, physically robust, weatherproof, willingness to picket services in winter and in irregular operations
