- Implementation of demanding enterprise projects for national and international customers
- Analysis of existing IT infrastructures and identification of optimization potential
Main responsibilities
- Implementation of demanding enterprise projects for national and international customers
- Analysis of existing IT infrastructures and identification of optimization potential
- Development and implementation of modern system and network architecture technical support of sales (expertise, feasibility studies, offers)
- Perform technical analyses in case of malfunctions (2nd level)
- Support and continuous development of customer solutions
- Take-over of standby services (piquet service)
Application process
- Application of the latest research and development findings and their testing in practice
- Close cooperation with internal departments and external partners
- Active participation in the development of our ICT sector Requirements:
- Completed vocational training in the IT sector
- Continuing education at university level (e.g. computer science, business information technology)
- At least 10 years of professional experience in a service-oriented IT environment with external customer independent, responsible and communicative personality
- Solution-oriented, analytical and systematic working methods
- Multi-year experience with network, security, SaaS, virtualization, UCC and session border controller solutions
