- The responsibilities of a Senior Solids Launch & Transfer Manager include:
- Project management in process transfers and validations of established products as well as new products from the galenic development
- Independent planning, implementation and coordination of tasks in all areas of activity of the Solids Launch & Transfer department
- Processing quality-relevant questions in production with the help of LEAN methods and tools for optimizing concepts, quality, plant efficiency, cost reduction and processes - either as SME or as project manager
- Responsibility for the corresponding GMP-compliant documentation including management of SOPs, changes, deviations and corrective / preventive measures
- Continuous improvement of the GMP standard of operation through proactive interdisciplinary teamwork
- Development and establishment of workflows in the context of the introduction of clinical and commercial products
- Active support for domestic and foreign official inspections, the existence of which is essential for the rapid approval of innovative medicines Who you are

- At Solids Launch & Transfer within MSAT, we are responsible for the processes for the introduction and optimization of products belonging to the field of solid drug form (synthetic molecule drug product).

- You work quickly and independently into new areas of responsibility and have a strong scientific analytical thinking your ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization and to influence others allows you to perform consistently in a constantly changing environment.
- You will bring the following qualifications and experience:
- Completed studies in pharmacy, chemistry or in the field of other natural sciences as well as excellent knowledge of English and German.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in the bio/pharmaceutical industry including significant matrix management in functional and interdisciplinary teams.
- Proven strength in matrix leadership to motivate teams and courage to drive change while balancing risk.
- Very good knowledge of cGMP and other relevant topics (e.g. the development, production and validation of solid drug forms)
- Sound experience in change and deviation management
