Role overview
Tasks: • You take on the senior medical management and co-responsibility of an open psychotherapeutic ward • You work in the outpatient clinic with independent diagnostic and therapeutic activities • You help shape and further develop the inpatient and outpatient therapy offer • You work closely with the senior doctor and the interdisciplinary team • You take on the supervision and guidance of assistant psychologists and other specialists • You participate in conceptual and organizational matters Development processes Requirements: • You have a specialist title in psychiatry and psychotherapy or are about to complete it • You already have in-depth experience in inpatient and outpatient psychotherapy • The further development of modern therapy concepts arouses your interest • Your way of working is team-oriented, structured and responsible • You are characterized by your high social and communicative skills We offer: Do you want to balance family and work well?

Key requirements
- Possess the specialist title in Psychiatry and Psychotherapy or be close to completion
- Demonstrate solid experience in inpatient and outpatient psychotherapy
