- Responsibility for the strategic development of the real estate portfolio, preparation and regular review of the real estate strategy

Main responsibilities
- Responsibility for the strategic development of the real estate portfolio, preparation and regular review of the real estate strategy
- Design of site strategies and development of master planning.
- Assist and support the management in strategic real estate planning and development concepts
- Overall project management use-oriented real estate projects such as strategic castle projects of several units up to and including the feasibility phase.
- Representation of the interests of the owner/builder vis-à-vis authorities and other stakeholders
- Development and implementation of a holistic surface strategy including processual conception of a strat. Land management
- Development of usage concepts and spatial programmes for new buildings and existing properties
- Conduct feasibility studies, test planning and competitions Profile:
- Master’s degree (uni/FH) in business administration, architecture, engineering or in a similar direction
- Several years of professional experience in complex real estate and construction projects – ideally in hospital construction or in construction activities in the public sector
