Role overview

Introduction

For our Procurement, Support & Infrastructure Division, we are looking for a PMO Project Manager (H/F) whose main mission will be to monitor and support a portfolio of projects.

Main responsibilities

  • Follow the methodology and use the project management techniques defined by the OMP
  • Ensure before implementation, that all aspects necessary for the conduct of the project have been put in place, and in particular that the Sponsor has agreed to implement the project plans Contributing to achieving objectives
  • Set and monitor project indicators (objective, cost, time, risk, communication, resources, etc.) and communication
  • Manage consolidated planning, define and track critical path and key milestones
  • Ensure that the required deliverables have an identified lead
  • Involving the various departments/lines and other relevant stakeholders from the start of the project Coordinate and inform project team members
  • Coordinate project reporting and communication activities;
  • Alert COPIL and CODIR of non-tolerance deviations and present alternative solutions proposed by the project manager
  • Convene and prepare CODIR and COPILs; co-animate COPILs
  • Complete and record the project's balance sheet
