- Creating and implementing individualized "evidence-guided" training programs in collaboration with the NLZ experts
- Interdisciplinary collaboration in the NLZ expert team (sports science, nutrition, psychology and medicine)
- Support with performance diagnostic test procedures in the laboratory and field Requirements:
- Experience as a trainer with top athletes combined with professional trainer training
Main responsibilities
- Creating and implementing individualized "evidence-guided" training programs in collaboration with the NLZ experts
- Interdisciplinary collaboration in the NLZ expert team (sports science, nutrition, psychology and medicine)
- Supervising the Para athletes in athletic units
- Forming the interface between Para athletes and their trainers as well as the NLZ and performance experts
- Deployment as part of the top sports RS of the Swiss Army's top sports promotion and, if necessary, in the training camps
- Support with performance diagnostic test procedures in the laboratory and field Requirements:
- Experience as a trainer with top athletes combined with professional trainer training
- Studies in sports or movement sciences or training in sports physiotherapy
- Holistic way of thinking with regard to promoting top-class sports
- High communication skills and great flexibility
