- As a key person, you accompany the entire transformation process – from strategic conception to operational implementation – in close cooperation with external partners internal stakeholders and project leaders.
- You actively support executives and teams in the change and ensure that new processes are implemented and lived sustainably.
Main responsibilities

- You shape and anchor our corporate culture as well as our values and develop suitable formats and interventions for sustainable integration in everyday life.
- You play an important role in the preparation and implementation of labour law changes.
- You act as an austerity partner: for executives, moderate challenging situations and accompany teams in challenging phases.
Company and context
- You combine strategic HR and organizational development with pragmatic implementation in operational everyday life. Requirements:
- Multiannual experience in organizational development, change management, HR or as People Coach – ideally in complex organisations (e.g. healthcare, public institutions or comparable structures).
- Detectional experience in monitoring transformations and cultural development processes.
- Strong conceptual skills paired with pronounced implementation strength ("hands-on mentality").
- Sovereign dealing with demanding stakeholders as well as experience in moderation, coaching and conflict management.
- High social competence, enforcement and the ability to build trust.
- Joy in driving things forward and taking responsibility – even if it becomes challenging.
- Joy in working together in a team.
- Great enthusiasm for personnel and leadership issues as well as passion for optimally accompanying and supporting our employees.
- Ideally, a further education in the field of leadership, coaching or mentoring combined with further education in the field of human resources and business management and a certification as a Prosci Change Practitioner.
