Main responsibilities
- As an Operational Excellence Intern, your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing an Operational Excellence project within the Swiss Jewelry Division
- Defining: planning, governance bodies, objectives, deliverables
- Conducting the project following the DMAIC approach
- Coordinating project progress with various stakeholders
- Ensuring regular reporting to dedicated committees
- Communicating effectively and supporting change management
- Guaranteeing the achievement of deliverables and results
- Supporting departments in their improvement initiatives
- Leading improvement projects (5S, visual management, work standards, tool improvements)
Key requirements
- Degree in engineering or equivalent
- First experience in a similar role, preferably industrial
- Good knowledge of Operational Excellence and Lean manufacturing tools and methodologies Pragmatic with good listening skills Organized and rigorous Autonomous and proactive Basic project management skills Strong communication and teamwork skills
