Conduct practical days with the nurses - “On the job teaching” • Patient education • Interdisciplinary and multi-professional collaboration • Participation in projects and working groups Requirements: • Training as a qualified nursing specialist HF / FH • Certified wound expert SAfW and / or NDK stoma, continence and wound care or an equivalent recognized further training, or the willingness to attend such further training • Experience in the care of neurological, internal oncological and Advantageous for cardiological patients.
