- Training as a medical/practice worker or equivalent medical training at level EFZ, HF, FH or NDS
- At least 4 years of professional experience in an acute hospital or a medical practice
- A large portion of service orientation and empathy, even if it becomes loud, hectic or emotional Responsibility
