Tasks
- Support the Banquet Operations Team in the operational implementation of meetings, events and banquets on site
- Active participation in events and gradual assumption of own tasks in day-to-day business
- Coordination with service, kitchen, technology, logistics and event sales
- Preparation, implementation and follow-up of function sheets and events
- Ensuring professional guest care and high quality of service during the events
- Cooperation in preparations, orders, space set-ups and follow-up of events
- Introducing your own ideas for the further development of processes in the banquet area Requirements
- Study at a hotel management school recognized by the LGAV and search for a 6-month internship in the field of banquet operations
- Enjoy working actively, taking responsibility and not just watching
- Structured working method, organizational talent and overview even in lively situations
- Host personality with pleasure in contact with guests and the upscale hotel industry
- Team-oriented personality with pleasure in working with different departments
- Good knowledge of German and English
- Availability from August 2026 for 6 months, maximum until 28.
