- Completed training in social work, social education, psychology, medicine or a comparable psychosocial profession
- Experience working with children, adolescents and families
- Interest in developmental and attachment-oriented as well as group therapy work
- Enjoy connecting therapeutic, organizational and leadership-related tasks
- Independent, structured and responsible working methods and good cooperation and communication skills
- Experience working with people with flight and migration experiences as well as in group work or group therapy is beneficial leadership experience is welcome;
