- You have completed training as a nursing specialist with NDS Emergency Care/MAS Physician Associates Skills/Klinische Fachspezialist or -spezialist as well as on well-founded leadership experience in acute or emergency areas
- You take responsibility, meet clear decisions and stay calm and operational even in challenging situations
- You connect operational presence with strategic thinking and keep track of the dynamic environment
- You lead your team with clarity, commitment and real appreciation
- You create orientation and security – even in challenging and stressful situations
- Proactively addressing challenges, setting priorities and advancing topics together with your team
- You communicate clearly and legally, always respectfully and at eye level.
