For Raiffeisenbank Schaffhausen, a modern, successful and locally oriented bank with headquarters in Schaffhausen and a branch office in Neunkirch, we are looking for a committed, management-strong and sales-oriented personality as head of branch office 80-100% as a result of retirement of the previous branch manager for our branch office in Neunkirch as of 01.03.2027 or by agreement. In this role, you lead and develop a dedicated team of four employees and actively shape the further development of the office.

What awaits you?

• You lead the Neunkirch office professionally and disciplinary, develop your employees further and promote a performance-oriented and appreciative leadership culture.
• You are responsible for the sales, revenue, cost and quality goals of your office and ensure efficient use of human and financial resources.
• You manage your own customer portfolio in the investment and asset customer segment and accompany your customers in the areas of investing, provisioning, financing, hedging and living.
• You recognize customer potential, use sales opportunities in a targeted manner, gain new customers and position Raiffeisen as a holistic solution provider.
• You actively promote the internal and external brokerage business and work closely with internal specialists and external partners.
• You support your team in challenging consulting and investment topics, ensure a high quality of advice and act as a professional contact person within the bank.
• You represent Raiffeisenbank Schaffhausen in Neunkirch and the region, actively maintain your network and engage in customer events, market development measures and campaigns.
• You ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines.

What do you bring?

• Completed banking training and higher bank-specific training (HF, FH, bank economist, financial planner or similar).
• Several years of experience in investment and asset consulting as well as in the support of demanding customers.
• Initial management experience or proven experience in the professional management of employees.
• In-depth knowledge in the areas of investing, provisioning and financing.
• Strong advisory, sales and acquisition strength.
• Entrepreneurial thinking as well as high results and customer orientation.
• Authentic personality with high social competence, assertiveness and pleasure in the development of employees.
• Independent, structured and responsible working methods.
• Secure handling of digital consulting and sales solutions.
• Certification or the willingness to acquire it.
