Tasks
- Establishment and further development of the new Product Automation & Analytics division with the three core areas Product Discovery, Product Data and Product Creation
- Responsibility for the entire end-to-end process – from the identification of new products to the automated product creation – with the clear goal of scaling our range by 10 times in the first step
- Development of a clear product strategy and roadmap that massively scales our product range processes quantitatively and qualitatively
- Identification of the most effective levers along the process chain and consistent control of their implementation
- You make our product processes measurable, controllable and scalable and accelerate the path from discovery to live
- Establishing analytics as a real decision-making and control tool instead of a pure reporting function
- Drive the automation of our product processes, including the targeted use of AI and LLM solutions
- Professional and personnel management of initially two business owners and development of a high-performance, results-oriented team
- Prioritization and decision-making in the field of tension between platform, categories, commercial and technology
- Close cooperation with business and IT stakeholders to ensure that strategic projects are actually implemented
- Creating transparency on objectives, progress, results and necessary decisions Requirements
- Several years of professional experience, ideally around five to seven years, in a role with real end-to-end responsibility
- Demonstrated leadership experience (professional and human) and the ability to consistently align teams with results rather than activity
- In-depth knowledge of data-driven business models, preferably in e-commerce or a comparable digital environment
- Deep understanding of data processes, data quality, scaling and automation
- Experience in making analytics usable for operational and strategic decisions
- Practical knowledge in the use of AI or LLM solutions is a big plus
- Completed studies at bachelor or master level, ideally in business, business informatics, computer science or data & analytics – or an equivalent qualification through relevant professional experience
- Strong ability to prioritize complex issues, make clear decisions, and push through consistently
- Security in dealing with business and IT at the same time – you think in solutions, not in responsibilities
- High will to shape, self-initiative and pleasure in creating structures in an area still to be built
- Very good knowledge of German and English for cooperation with different stakeholders We offer:
