Our hospital pharmacy ensures the supply of medicines and medical products to hospitals in Schaffhausen. Cytostatic agents or mixtures for parenteral pain therapy are produced individually for patients. Outgoing or outpatient patients can redeem their prescriptions in the in-house public pharmacy. The clinical pharmacists support the medical profession in the choice of drug therapy and advise on dosage adjustments or interactions.<br/ In the future, all prescriptions will be pharmaceutically validated within Unit Dose. For this we create a new job and look for you to strengthen our team! Tasks: • Participation in the establishment and implementation of pharmaceutical prescription validation • Participation in interdisciplinary projects within the hospital • Processing of inquiries about medicines and medical devices as well as validation of orders outside the range • Co-responsibility for the quality management of the hospital pharmacy • Participation in the daily business of the hospital pharmacy without pikettdienst Requirements • Completed studies in pharmacy as well as specialist title clinical pharmacy FPH, further education as a specialist pharmacist/in hospital pharmacy of advantage • Enjoyment of interdisciplinary exchange and cooperation with different professional groups • Good IT skills • Independent, independent and solution-oriented work • Team-capable, communicative, resilient and responsible personality with initiative for the further development of the hospital pharmacy We offer: Do you want to reconcile family and work well?
