In order to strengthen our position as market leader, we are continuously working on the optimization of our organization and processes. At the Schaffhausen site, you will support our team in planning, implementing and tracking process improvements. You actively participate in projects, accompany optimization projects and gradually take on your own tasks – from analysis to implementation.

- Analysis, optimization and standardization of production and business processes
- Collaboration on lean, CIP and digitalization projects
- Management and moderation of workshops as well as support for smaller optimization projects
- Development and further development of applications and dashboards with Microsoft Power Apps and Power BI
- Analysis of production key figures and preparation of KPI evaluations for process improvement
- Support for the introduction, rollout and sustainable support of new processes and digital solutions
- Cross-divisional support of specialist departments for continuous improvement measures and process optimizations
- Student in the field of industrial engineering, business informatics, mechanical engineering, business administration or a similar field

Key requirements
- Student in the field of industrial engineering, business informatics, mechanical engineering, business administration or a similar field

- Ideally practical experience, e.g. through holiday jobs, internships, etc.
- Safe knowledge of German and English in word and writing
- Programming skills (Python, Power Automate, VBA) Optionally already experience with SAP
