• Performance Report Delivery: Support the delivery of executive (ExCo) performance reports, using Google Looker Ensure alignment of reports with business KPIs and management priorities Translate business requirements into clear reporting logic and data structures Insights & Visualizations: Design clear, compelling, and executive-ready visualizations in Google Looker Translate complex data into simple, actionable insights for senior stakeholders Continuously improve usability, storytelling, and layout of reports Share best practices and contribute to a data-driven culture across the organization Data Engineering: Integrate and structure diverse data sources to enable consistent and reliable reporting Ensure data quality and availability for business-critical reporting HOW YOU BECOME PART OF THE JOURNEY.
• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a comparable field A strong interest in data, analytics, and how they can be applied to solve business problems Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data warehousing concepts and technologies Hands-on personality with a strong business acumen and excellent communication and collaboration skills First practical experience is required: Familiarity in project-based, analytical settings a plus, e.g., tech, consulting Business fluent English skills are required, German is a plus WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US.
