- HR certificate or comparable training in human resources
- Several years of experience in a broad HR administration or HR services function, ideally in a comparable environment
- Very good IT MS Office user knowledge and a high affinity for HR software are mandatory, HR SAP and Workday knowledge are advantageous
- Very good knowledge of German in word and writing, good knowledge of English in word and writing, additional language skills are advantageous
- Service-oriented, reliable and proactive maker personality with team spirit

- Support of the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment to withdrawal as well as ensuring professional and efficient HR administration (onboarding, job changes, termination)
- Close cooperation with the responsible HR business partners as well as support in operational HR topics
- Preparation of employment and supplementary contracts and obtaining work and residence permits
- Ensuring and maintaining the necessary employee data and preparing exit documentation
