Role overview
To strengthen our research and development team in Volketswil or Winterthur, we are looking for an independent and reliable personality as: Head of Product Safety 80
100% (preferably 80%) Responsible in this central position They cover all aspects of product safety - from the raw materials used to our manufactured products and instructions on the internal handling of chemicals.
They report directly to the Director R&D and thus to the management. Their tasks

- 100% (preferably 80%) Responsible in this central position They cover all aspects of product safety - from the raw materials used to our manufactured products and instructions on the internal handling of chemicals.
Contacts
- person for authorities (e.g.
- FOPH), responsibility for processes and audits in this regard as well as monitoring and coordination of audits
- Coordination with central product safety offices of the Group and other internal offices (e.g. EHS)
- Planning and implementation of internal training and other training and information measures
- Participation in cross-divisional projects as well as in process optimization Your profile
- Completed studies in natural sciences, preferably chemistry (FH/Uni), or comparable training
- Several years of experience (> 5 years) in the field of product safety, ideally in the building materials environment
- Experience in dealing with standards, regulations and laboratory data
- Affinity to IT and interest in working with and developing AI solutions
- In-depth knowledge of REACH, CLP, GHS etc. as well as the ability to proactively advance these topics
