Tasks

• You lead, develop and strengthen a dedicated team in dynamic emergency operations
• You take on joint responsibility in the interprofessional management team for the operational operation and the further development of the emergency center.
• You stabilize and optimize our new processes and processes
• You bring your professional and organizational expertise specifically into change and development processes
• You set impulses and shape changes actively and effectively
• You take on situational responsibility in direct patient care and remain professionally anchored

Requirements

• You have completed training as a nurse with NDS Emergency Care/MAS Physician Associates Skills/Clinical Specialist as well as in-depth leadership experience in the acute or emergency field
• You take responsibility, make clear decisions and remain calm and capable of acting even in demanding situations
• You combine operational presence with strategic thinking and keep an overview even in a dynamic environment
• You lead your team with clarity, commitment and real appreciation
• You create orientation and security – even in challenging and stressful situations
• You approach challenges proactively, set priorities and advance topics together with your team
• You communicate clearly and bindingly, always respectful and at eye level.

With more than 1,700 employees, we ensure the extended basic medical and nursing care in the Schaffhausen region. Every year we look after approximately 11,000 inpatient and 90,000 outpatient patients. We are also an important training centre in the canton.
