Main responsibilities
- Management, coaching and further development of a team of executives and supply chain experts.
- Overall responsibility for the production planning, inventory management and material availability, as well as management of purchasing and procurement activities and further development of strategic supplier relationships at national and international level.
- Ensuring an efficient and efficient supply chain by continuously optimizing processes, stocks and service levels.
- Management of initiatives in the field of digitisation, automation and continuous improvement as well as promotion of data-based decision-making processes.
- Responsibility for budget planning, cost control and compliance with regulatory, qualitative and security-related requirements. Requirements
- Completed studies in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Engineering or a similar field of expertise.
- Multi-year management responsibility in the fields of Supply Chain Management, Materials Management, Production Planning, Purchasing or Logistics.
- Well-founded experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally in medical technology.
- Experience in optimizing processes and the successful implementation of change and transformation initiatives.
- Very good knowledge of ERP systems, ideally SAP.
