ZämeHalter is a development- and commitment-oriented group therapeutic offer for children and adolescents with escape experiences and mental stress. Within a reliable group framework, relationship, exchange and individual development are promoted. The offer is anchored in the children's and youth's service of the Asiatric and enables, if necessary, transitions into further therapeutic offers. ZämeHalter has been established in recent years together with our cooperation partner, the association Family Help, and is continuously developed further.

Tasks

• You take over the technical and personnel management of the ZämeHalter team and promote a joint development and commitment-oriented orientation.
• You lead two groups of women and men together with the respective co-groups, one group for female and one for male adolescents, and remain directly connected to therapeutic practice. The therapeutic management of the girls' group requires a female occupation of this position.
• You coordinate the offer and work with the team to ensure reliable organizational and administrative processes.
• You are responsible for working with families, schools, social services and other network partners and represent ZämeHalter within and outside the KJPD.
• You work with Family Help in the context of supervision, concept development and professional development.
• Du brings experiences from practice, feedback from the network and changing needs into the further technical and conceptual development of ZämeHand.

Requirements

• Completed training in social work, social pädagogik, psychology, medicine or a comparable psychosocial profession
• Experience in working with children, adolescents and families
• Interest in development and commitment-oriented and group therapeutic work
• Enjoying combining therapeutic, organizational and leadership tasks
• Self-employed, structured and responsible working methods and good cooperation and communication skills
• Experience in working with people with refugee and migration experiences as well as in group work or group therapy
• Management experience is welcome; it is equally important to be prepared to assume leadership responsibility and to develop the management function together with the offer
