- Efficient handling of all processes at the reception including invoicing
- Maintenance of guest data, processing of reservations and telephone inquiries
- Working closely with other departments to ensure excellent service Requirements
- Enjoyment of guest contact as well as organizational talent, professionalism and teamwork
- Completed training in the upper hospitality industry
- Professional experience in a comparable position
- Maintained appearance and a structured and reliable working method
- Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing (other languages are advantageous)
