In the role of specialist BGM, you develop innovative concepts, drive projects forward on your own responsibility and communicate their added value within the organization in line with the target groups.

Specialist in occupational health management 60% (m/f/d)

Their tasks

• Continuous development of occupational health management including analysis of key figures, controlling and evaluation
• Planning and implementation of health promotion and prevention measures, including events and workshops
• Including current scientific knowledge in innovative BGM measures
• Preparation of presentations and support for workshops and events
• Annual review and adjustment of strategic and operational BGM objectives
• Updating and structuring documents, guidelines and documents
• Continuation of the Friendly Work Space Certification
• Responsibility for internal and external communication of GF Health as well as maintenance of the content of our intranet site We@GF and Viva Engage
• Ensuring timeliness and compliance with the BGM budget

Your profile

• Completed studies in health sciences: Emphasis on occupational health management, health promotion and prevention or an equivalent course of study or further education
• Several years of professional experience in occupational health management are a prerequisite
• Experience in accompanying or implementing Friendly Work Space certifications is required
• Independent, self-responsible and solution-oriented working method with very good conceptual skills
• Openness to digital tools, social media and AI
• High proactivity and communication strength
• Good knowledge of German and English is required
