- Completed vocational training and professional experience in the pension and financial sector with active entry in the industry register (mandatory) - successfully completed further training as a financial advisor; Financial planner is an advantage
- Strong methodological and didactic skills (e.g. for coaching and empowering employees at the general agency, for structuring consultations and conveying complex content) Local anchoring in the region desired
- Winning and resilient personality combined with high customer and service orientation High level of independence and flexibility
