- Passionate commitment to customers and AXA - needs-oriented and needs-based advice as specialist: in the area of individual living (prevention & assets: Planning 50+ incl. Retirement planning)
- Completed vocational apprenticeship as well as professional experience in the pension and financial sector with active entry in the industry register (mandatory) - further training as financial advisor: successfully completed; Financial planner:in of advantage
- Strong methodological and didactic skills (e.g. for coaching and qualification of employees at the general agency, for structuring consulting and mediation of complex content) Local anchoring in the region desired
- Winning and resilient personality combined with high customer and service orientation High independence and flexibility
- Confident knowledge of German in words and writing; Other languages are beneficial
