- Handling administration in the area of basic corporate customer products, including opening and managing accounts for legal entities, self-employed people and exponents of corporate customers
- Experience in the banking sector is required (Corporate customer experience is an advantage) German (business fluent) French (an advantage) Italian (an advantage) Cosa offriamo
Main responsibilities
- Telephone and written first point of contact for our corporate and commercial customers
- Handling administration in the area of basic corporate customer products, including opening and managing accounts for legal entities, self-employed people and exponents of corporate customers
- Identification of customer potential and arranging consultation appointments
- Acceptance and completion of clarifications from customers and customer advisors as well as delivery of requested documents
- Identification and forwarding of complex inquiries to the relevant specialist departments Requisiti - at least. 3 years: In telephone customer contact and/or written processing of customer concerns
- Completed vocational training (EFZ): Bank clerk EFZ
- Experience and enjoyment of telephone and written customer contact (customer center / service line)
- High service and customer orientation, coupled with the willingness to take responsibility for the complete completion of inquiries
- Precise, speedy way of working as well as proactive and thoughtful action
- Experienced use of digital communication media
