In the interdisciplinary emergency center of the Cantonal Hospital of Schaffhausen, we provide comprehensive and high medical care for over 30,000 patients – adults and children.

Tasks

• You lead, develop and strengthen a dedicated team in dynamic emergency operation
• In the interprofessional management team, you take co-responsibility for operational operation and further development of the emergency center
• You stabilize and optimise our new processes and processes
• You bring your professional and organizational expertise into change and development processes
• You set impulses and shape changes actively and effectively
• You take on positional responsibility in direct patient care and remain professionally anchored Requirements:
• You have completed training as a nursing specialist with NDS Emergency Care/MAS Physician Associates Skills/Klinische Fachspezialist or -spezialist as well as on well-founded leadership experience in acute or emergency areas
• You take responsibility, meet clear decisions and stay calm and operational even in challenging situations
• You connect operational presence with strategic thinking and keep track of the dynamic environment
• You lead your team with clarity, commitment and real appreciation
• You create orientation and security – even in challenging and stressful situations
• Proactively addressing challenges, setting priorities and advancing topics together with your team
• You communicate clearly and legally, always respectfully and at eye level.

The Spitäler Schaffhausen include the Cantonal Hospital, the Psychiatric Services, the Praxen Radiology and Cardiology Posthof Neuhausen and the Practice Neurology Schaffhausen Center.

With over 1'700 employees, we secure the extended medical and nursing basic care of the Schaffhausen region.

Every year we care about 11'000 stationary and 90'000 outpatient patients.

We are also an important training centre in the canton.
