• You will steer and coordinate the entire postgraduate programme intensive care NDS HF from introduction to successful completion
• You will continuously develop the in-house training concept and adapt it to the latest standards and the framework curriculum
• You are an active member of the Shared Leadership Team and work closely with the vocational trainers and the education provider NDS
• You accompany the students and vocational trainers in the learning process and ensure the theory-practice transfer
• You plan, organize and run the theoretical study days independently for the students and the team and act as a central interface for all educational issues

• You have a completed diploma as a Dipl. Expert or expert intensive care NDS HF and brings several years of profound professional experience in the field of intensive care as well as a broad clinical expertise
• You have an educational training (SVEB certificate or CAS) in the field of adult education or are ready to complete it
• You are characterized by a high level of communication skills, organizational skills, resilience in exceptional situations and pleasure in the promotion of colleagues
• You work at least 20% directly in the nursing practice to ensure the practical relevance (no night service, max. 1 weekend)
