Role overview

Tasks

• Ensure smooth and trouble-free on-site building and university operations (building cleaning, disposal, small maintenance, building security, event management, small-scale relocations, access systems, etc.)
• Professional operation of building systems and repair of faults; mobilising with the support of our technical service
• As a service-oriented contact person on-site accept operational orders and requests of the users and independently solve or forward them
• Compulsory and committed use for a first-class Team result
• Weekly piket-ready service on a turn
• no personnel management requirements:
• You have professional experience in home service of medium to large properties
• The diverse area of responsibility of the home service inspires you
• With motivation and craftsmanship you can perform your tasks reliably – in a team and independently
• Completed vocational training with eidg.

Certificate of competence (EFZ) in the areas of building technology HVAC, electrical engineering or operational maintenance.

• Good computer skills with office programs and building automation of advantage
• In the coverage of site-related operating times you are flexible and collegial
