On our 4 stations of long-term psychiatry with 18 beds each, chronically ill women and men with cognitive impairments, limitations of independent living and everyday life or pronounced behavioral problems are cared for. Furthermore, the stations offer low-threshold rehabilitation programs for patients who then return to their ancestral circumstances or move to another institution.

Tasks

• Care of patients with chronic mental illnesses and limitations of independent living and everyday life
• Supporting patients in ensuring the highest possible quality of life
• Participation in accompanying and supporting FAGE learners and students care HF on the station
• A varied working day in an appreciative environment in which a collaborative togetherness and humor are not neglected

Requirements

• Completed training as a nurse HF or equivalent recognition
• Professional experience in psychiatry and/or in long-term care with an interest in the holistic care of mentally ill people
• Open and respectful communication with all stakeholders
• Flexibility, responsibility and resilience
• Team spirit, reliability and an open personality that actively contributes to the team
